Wise Farm Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 18, 2026

This policy applies to the Wise Farm publishing environment and the connected developer applications used to link social channels to that environment.

What is processed

When a social channel is connected, the service may process account identifiers, profile metadata, access tokens, media uploads, scheduled posts, and audit data required to publish content and troubleshoot integrations.

Why the data is used

Data is used only to authenticate connected accounts, prepare and publish content, synchronize account state, and maintain the reliability and security of the service.

How data is stored

Credentials and integration settings are stored in the operator's managed infrastructure for as long as the relevant channel remains connected or as long as needed for security and operational recordkeeping.

Sharing

Data is not sold. Information is shared only with the connected platform providers and the infrastructure components required to operate the publishing workflow.

Operator controls

Connected channels can be removed at any time by the operator. Removing a connection stops future publishing for that channel and may revoke related tokens within the service.
